The Job
TheAragon Ballroom VIP Food Runnerwill be responsible for several duties including:
Serving food to VIP guests
Explaining food items
Assisting servers
Table setup and maintenance
Expediting food orders
Your role will be to provide our guests with outstanding service while working in a fastpaced concert environment.
This is a parttime eventbased position paying $15/hr plus tips.
What This Role Will Do
Performtable maintenanceduties according to venue service standards
PerformOpening/Running/Closingduties according to venue service standards
Respond toguest inquiriesand requests in a courteous and polite manner
Maintainline of sight/atmosphere controlby circulating through the work area throughout the shift
Keep thefloor neat clean and free of food trash and other obstaclesthroughout the shift
Clean all spills immediately and use floor signs to caution guests and staff
Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
Clean and stock theline to par throughout shift
Stay informed ofcurrent menu items and descriptions
Followprivate party service guidelinesto ensure event success
Assistother employeesas needed
Followall safety standards
Occasionally workspecial eventsscheduled throughout the venue
What This Person Will Bring
Required:
Highvolume kitchen operations experience
Food service experience as either anExpediter or Serverin a highvolume environment
Exceptional communication skills
Sense of urgencyandtime management
Knowledge ofkitchen sanitation standards
Critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
High school diploma
Preferred:
Pointofsales experience
Experience working in alive music environment
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Fastpaced oftenloud and stressful environment
Extendedperiods of standing and working on your feet
Must be able tolift or move up to 40 lbsusing proper lifting techniques
Intensely physical environment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.20 USD $15.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location qualifications skills and experience.
