Job Description
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
As the senior electrical engineer you will be responsible for the electrical design of new wireless telecommunication sites power upgrade designs and EV charging station designs.
Responsibilities
- Electrical design of power distribution control communication lighting commercial institutional and municipal sectors
- Technical calculations and software use for load calculations arc flash fault & coordination studies power system design
- On site electrical research construction audits field reviews
- Writing detailed and concise technical reports feasibility studies proposals including written responses and instructions as required
Requirements
- P.Eng designation is required
- Multiple Provincial APEG stamps an asset
- PE designation in Washington State an asset or willing to take US PE exam
- At least 24 years experience designing electrical systems for buildings pump stations industrial facilities including power distribution lighting life safety and communications
- Ability to work independently to deliver comprehensive designs often with demanding timelines
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with team members and clients
- Good initiative attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $120000.00$140000.00 CAD per year
