Job Title: FrenchSpeaking Content Moderator
Location: Porto Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime Onsite
About the Role:
We are hiring a Frenchspeaking Content Moderator to ensure a safe and compliant online experience for users. As part of the moderation team in Porto Portugal you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filtering usergenerated content. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong command of French and an interest in digital content management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and moderate usergenerated content according to platform policies.
- Detect and report inappropriate harmful or misleading content.
- Ensure all content aligns with local and international guidelines.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Adapt to policy updates and industry trends to ensure effective moderation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 level or above).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and distressing content professionally.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
