Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages delivering excellent services and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve premium alcoholic beverages cocktails mocktails specialty beverages and
other beverages with precision following established recipes and presentation standards. - Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Take orders accurately offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients monitoring expiry dates and proper storage.
- Assist in inventory management including stock rotation and replenishment.
- Attends scheduled training and participates in companyinitiated employee activities.
- Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vocational or College Level
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a Restaurant Cafe or Hotel
- With relevant trainings mixology etc.
- Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
