Job Title: GermanSpeaking Content Moderator

About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Germanspeaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto Portugal. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. If you have a strong eye for detail a passion for digital content and fluency in German this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve content moderation processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while working under strict deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes to enhance moderation effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good command of English (B2 level or above).
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
- Prior experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts including evenings and weekends.
