Overview

Our Small House Neighborhood is an elder care community unlike any nursing home or elder care institution you have seen before. As an Certified Nursing Assistant CNA/STNA you will experience a much lower ratio of care giver to resident than other places hiring Certified Nursing Assistant CNA/STNA.
Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience plus $3.00 2nd shift differential and $1.50 3rd shift differentials
Shifts available: Part Time 1st Full Time 2nd Part Time 2nd Full Time 3rd Part Time 3rd
Responsibilities
- Providing highquality care and safety to elders
- Presenting elders with choices and decisionmaking opportunities
- Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
- Assisting the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
- Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
- Laundry and light housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Education:High school diploma/GED
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant CNA/STNA certification required in State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
- Good documentation communications and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to use tools and equipment required
