Job Description
Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and midsized organizations in Canada/US. We are currently hiring for a M&A Business Transformation Lead AI for our global IT M&A client in the Mississauga area.
Role: M&A Business Transformation Lead AI
Type: Fulltime Perm
Salary Range: $125000 $145000 as base depending on overall experience bonus benefits other great company perks. OTEs for this role are about 160180k total comp.

Job Description
What Youll Do:
In this role you will collaborate with senior leadership team members across the organization managing diverse projects spanning various areas including:
Market Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough industry and trend research market analysis and market sizing to address business challenges evaluate potential M&A targets and support Sales and Marketing growth for company investments.
Value Creation and Transformation: Identify develop and implement strategies to improve business performance at our portfolio companies. Will work with senior management at our portfolio companies to lead projects related to Pricing GotoMarket Change Management / Organization etc.
Innovation and Applied AI: Push innovation at our portfolio companies by developing frameworks approaches and use cases/prototypes where AI can help reinvent their processes and business model.
Reporting and Dashboarding: Create insightful reports and dashboards to consolidate key findings and provide datadriven insights for executive decisionmaking.

DaytoDay Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct research and analysis to formulate strategy recommendations.
- Analyze and synthesize key insights from diverse data sources to drive strategy and inform decisionmaking.
- Promote thought leadership by developing and presenting reuseable data assets.
- Act as thought partners to leaders on strategic planning and longterm business strategy development.
- Collaborate across departments like Finance M&A and portfolio teams for indepth research and analysis.
- Assess organic growth opportunities and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation.
- Undertake any special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in business economics engineering mathematics philosophy or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy or a similar analytical role with a background in AI / software industry being advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to derive and deliver key insights from data.
- Highlevel of competency of data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus) and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for effective reporting.
- Sound knowledge of business financials and operations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Skilled in synthesizing trends and consolidating findings into meaningful visually appealing formats for presentations to executives.
- Excellent project management skills communication abilities and a selfstarter attitude.
- High curiosity passion for continuous learning and creative problemsolving.
- Demonstrated adaptability flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally <20 of the time).
