We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist to join an awardwinning AJ100 firm based in London celebrated for its innovative approach to architecture and design. Work as a key player in the team shaping midhigh rise residential and educational projects for one of the top design firms in London.
This role is ideal for a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist with a background in residential design who is confident using ArchiCAD and/or Revit and delivering highquality designs at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

Office:

Duties:
- Lead mid and highrise residential projects from RIBA Stage 4 through Stage 5 with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams in London to ensure project success.
- Develop technical designs and construction details for highprofile projects.
- Drive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and leadership for junior team members in the London office.
- Use Revit and/or ArchiCAD to create CAD drawings.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an Architect or Architectural Technologist with residential and/or educational projects.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit.
- Handson expertise in technical design and delivery at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
- Proven ability to independently lead projects to completion.
- Highlevel 3D modelling skills and attention to detail.
