Take charge as the Regional Analytics Hub Lead for Africa & the Middle East leading the establishment of a transformative Data & Analytics Hub. In this pivotal role you will craft innovative analytics strategies foster collaboration with key stakeholders and champion the integration of cuttingedge insights across diverse business functions. Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a regional Data & Analytics Hub to drive impactful business insights and strategy .
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to design and implement data and analytics roadmaps.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising data scientists engineers and business intelligence specialists.
- Develop and deliver advanced BI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Establish governance structures to standardize data technologies and analytics methodologies.
- Champion data integration efforts across diverse datasets including customer supply chain and financial data.
- Drive process improvements in data cleansing validation and analysis to ensure data integrity.
- Act as a thought leader promoting datadriven culture and practices across the organization.
- Manage an annual budget of 2M balancing cost complexity and value creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics IT or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in analytics data science or business intelligence with 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in cloud platforms data strategy and analytics architecture.
- Proven success in managing largescale data operations in cloud and onpremise environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of FMCG or multinational organizational structures is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (French is a bonus).
- Technical skills in basic statistics machine learning and ML Ops are advantageous.
