- Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows recipes controls portions and presentation specifics as directed
- Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by the manager
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed
- Handle store and rotate all products properly
- High school or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of cooking experience and demonstrated knowledge of food trends quality production sanitation presentation and food cost control
- Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment communicate with others and effectively interact with guests
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism from supervisors
- Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with lastminute room changes
- Must be able to maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
