Assist account managers with all administrative duties as required
Prepare and issue certificates of insurance
Assist with the preparation of new business and renewal proposals/presentations
Assist in updating summaries of insurance for renewal issuing proposals and binders of insurance
Prepare renewal and endorsement letters and invoices
Work with the commercial team to address all abeyances
Data entry of new business renewals and endorsements in our broker management system SIG/COMXP
Manage electronic documentation
Maintenance of OneNote
Assist with payment reminders and receivables
Reception back up
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently
Be selfmotivated and excited to take on new and challenging tasks
Experience in Microsoft products and platforms would be an asset
