Job Overview
Xtrim Global Solutions is seeking an International Sales Associate for our Indore location. This is a fulltime position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The role involves engaging with international clients to drive sales and expand market presence. Candidates should be familiar with B2B and B2C sales processes or hold expertise in International Voice Process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and understand their needs.
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience with cold calling techniques to initiate engagement with potential international customers.
- Proficiency in lead generation strategies aimed at identifying and following up on sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with B2B sales practices to successfully cater to business clientele and their unique requirements.
- Experience in international voice processes to handle overseas customer queries and sales with professionalism.
- Expertise in outbound calling to proactively reach out to prospects and establish fruitful communications.
- Understanding of B2C sales methodologies to effectively sell directly to consumers and enhance service offerings.
