Site Controller Manufacturing Valley Forge PA

Were looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Controller to join our Valley Forge plant leadership team. Reporting directly to the US Group Controller and partnering closely with the General Manager youll play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategy of one of our key U.S. manufacturing sites.

What Youll Do:

Youll lead all plantlevel financial activities including budgeting forecasting reporting and cost analysis. From monthend close to capital planning and product costing youll own the numbers and bring strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the sites financial reporting budgeting cost accounting and inventory management.
Prepare monthly journal entries close SAP operations and deliver reporting within 3 days of monthend.
Develop and manage annual budgets including product cost updates and departmentlevel planning.
Drive product margin analysis monitor excess/obsolete inventory and manage internal controls.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering Operations and Customer Support on forecasting purchasing and capital project costing.
Lead improvements in labor efficiency tracking routings for standard costs and manufacturing cost visibility.

Experience and Skills:

What You Bring:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business (MBA/CPA a plus).
510 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
Proven SAP ERP expertise.
Strong background in FP&A strategic planning and resource allocation.
Deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and how they impact financial performance.
Expertlevel Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Access PowerPoint).

Youre organized adaptable and detailobsessedwith the interpersonal finesse to partner across teams and the confidence to lead continuous process improvements.
