Job Description
- Teach highintensity rhythmbased indoor cycling classes
- Provide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clients
- Represent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
- Excellent ability to multitask and communicate
- Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand
- Attended a minimum of 10 BODYROK Power Cycle classes
- Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
- CPR and Liability Insurance (special rates and access given upon completion of training)
- Preferred 1year minimum experience instructing rhythmbased cycling classes
- Teach highintensity indoor cycling classes both on and off the bike
- Assisting clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
- Ability to teach clients of all fitness levels
- Teach effectively and safely during all classes.
