Position Property Manager
Location Echo Park Area
Hours MondayFriday 8:00a5:00p
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
Cannot be combined with any other work
Salary $/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water trash & sewage)

Property manager needed to manage a property for a local property management firm in the Echo Park area. The position is Full time and the manager must live onsite at the property which is located near Sunset Blvd. and Alvarado St.
Overview of Duties:
Rent Collection
Generating/Posting notices
Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
Must live at one of the properties being managed
Other duties assigned by management
Experience Required:
Working as an onsite property manager minimum of 1 year
Managing 30 units preferred
Have used MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
GED or HS Diploma
MUST Valid Drivers license
MUST Reliable vehicle
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
