Job Description
Wild Common is seeking a dynamic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant is renowned for its innovative cuisine exceptional service and inviting ambiance providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests by guiding them through our menu offerings and ensuring their needs are anticipated then promptly and courteously met.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently utilizing our pointofsale system
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings including ingredients sourcing and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests to ensure a remarkable dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant including guestfacing areas bar and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of the bar area stocking supplies and cash handling.
- Ability to work the bar producing signature and classic beverages for the restaurant in a customerfacing environment OR strong willingness and eagerness to learn!
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dynamic restaurant environment with a hightouch service style and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage products ingredients trends and service techniques (including wine and cocktail service).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude professionalism and a commitment to teamwork.
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and a dedication to learning and creative development
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
