Job Description
Angott Search Group is partnering with a prominent regional bank managing assets of over $8 billion to find an experienced Business Banker for their Elkhart Indiana location. This role is focused on growing and managing a commercial banking portfolio of $15$25MM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain business banking relationships through loans deposits and crossselling bank products.
- Develop new business opportunities by expanding the client base and promoting bank services.
- Assess credit risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively manage and document client relationships and commitments.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies legal requirements and complete necessary training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial banking as a credit analyst or underwriter (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in business economics or finance (preferred).
- Proven relationshipbuilding skills and strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of treasury services products.
- Customerfocused with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
