Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and driven Assistant Project Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in highend multifamily construction to support project in Boston. This role provides an opportunity to work on luxury residential developments while collaborating with seasoned professionals to ensure quality schedule and budget goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning scheduling and coordination from preconstruction through completion.
  • Support budget tracking cost control and subcontractor management.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation RFIs submittals and change orders.
  • Work closely with Project Managers Superintendents and design teams to ensure seamless .
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress enforce safety standards and resolve issues proactively.
  • Communicate with clients vendors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in multifamily or luxury residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes contracts and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project or similar construction software.
  • Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field (preferred).
