- Position Requirements:
- MUST be NCCCO Certified
- MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE
- High school diploma or GED equivalentis required.
- MUSTbe able to pass physical
- MUSTbe able to pass DISA drug screen
- MUSTbe able to pass background check
- MUST be able to provide own PPE (Hard hat steel toe boots safety glasses & gloves)
- MUST have reliable transportation
- Required Skills:
- Experience working with lift trucks overhead cranes and mobile cranes
- Excellent handeye coordination focus and dedication to following safety protocols
- Must be able to judge spaces correctly & handle many controls at the same time
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards in crane operations
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
- Alertness
- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operating cranes to lift move or place equipment and materials
- Operate a variety of materialmoving equipment daily according to schedule and instructions from project manager choosing and setting up the right crane lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficiently
- Control cranes lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to ensure effective transportation of materials and safety for all personnel on site
- Maintain visual and radio contact with ground operators according to best practices and site safety regulations and respond to questions and instructions clearly and quickly
- Inspect machines and equipment daily perform routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs as required and initiate additional repair requests from mechanics when necessary
- Assembling tower cranes onsite

- Clean lubricate and refill equipment.
- Performing routine crane maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating
- Manage house keeping activities when requested.
- Maintain the work area clean safe and organized.
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities
- Cleanup work area and equipment after work is completed.
- Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Practicesafety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Meet quality and performance requirements as outlined by quality assurance and production standards
- Report safety hazards quality and production issues to management immediately
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
- Must be able to stand bend stoop squat or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods
- Handle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basis
- Ability to see well and distinguish between back up alarms voices and other normal sounds consistent with construction job sites.
- Excellent physical strength & stamina
- Must be able to stand bend stoop squat or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks
- Ability to work in varying hot and cold environments
- Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions
- Ability to work in an environments with exposures to dust dirt and various other debris metal and paint fumes gases
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to high precarious places and outside weather conditions
- The employee is occasionally exposed to loud noisefumes and/or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock

- $28.00 $35.00 (Based on experience)

- Pay Schedule: Monday Sunday
- Schedule:
- Monday Friday (Weekends as Needed)
- 8 12 Hour Days (With weather permitting)
