BMS Lead Greater India Market

Description

Job Summary:

HP is seeking a seasoned Business Management System (BMS) leader to oversee the strategic and operational performance of the India Print Market. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving alignment between functional teams markets and global business units to ensure seamless of strategic objectives. The role demands exceptional business acumen leadership skills and the ability to navigate a highly dynamic and complex environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and execute highimpact operational planning initiatives/ Reporting/Manage Weekly Management Insights and Reviews on Current Business Updates .
  • Drive the creation and refinement of BMS frameworks to ensure the effective of India Print Market strategies.
  • Align the LongTerm Plan (LTP) Budget Quota and Game Plan processes with global guidelines and ensure localized adaptation.
  • Manage Weekly Management reviews/ Category Calender and Own cadences and Process efficiency for Optimized Business Operations

Performance Management & Insights:

  • Implement datadriven performance management systems to optimize business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.
  • Provide detailed guidance on Indiaspecific operational efficiencies and improvements.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead crossfunctional teams across marketing sales and operations to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Foster collaboration between categories markets and global business units to drive synergies in the India Print Market.
  • Build a highperformance culture enabling teams to achieve excellence.

Management:

  • Drive the of key strategic initiatives for the India Print Market including tradeoffs and prioritization. E2E Cost and Discount effeciencies
  • Oversee the integration of workstreams subprocesses and plans across teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead executive reviews to assess and refine strategies.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide strategic advice to leadership on market penetration strategies and customer engagement.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders including Directors VPs and key decisionmakers.

Key Competencies:

  • Market Expertise: Indepth understanding of the India Print Market dynamics customer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead diverse teams foster crossfunctional collaboration and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint / MS 365 and understanding of Power BI

Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.

  • Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Change Management: Expertise in driving innovation and managing organizational transitions effectively.

Impact & Scope:

  • Collaborates across all India Print Market functions and global teams.
  • Influences strategy and decisionmaking across diverse teams.
  • Drives significant contributions to HPs growth and market leadership in India.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12 years of experience in operational excellence business planning and strategy implementation preferably in the print or hightech industries.
  • Proven track record of driving results in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS frameworks with the ability to localize global strategies for the Indian market.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI and MS Office.
