RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position you will have the possibility to support our global HR Team as
Specialist Global HR Business Partnering.
Together with regional and global colleagues involvement you will work on
various HR topics and assist in implementation of change management
initiatives to drive of strategy.
You will be key interface to internal stakeholders and regional HR colleagues to
ensure a smooth internal operational process and implementation.
In this position you will assist in data collection and analytics.
Furthermore you will support the introduction of new HR concepts within thecompany and contribute own ideas to HR optimization projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in business administration social studies or a different
relevant field of studies
3 years eypreinece with MatrixOrganizations and/or structures within an
international company are an advantage
proficient in MS Office especially with Power Point
outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as problemsolving
and decisionmaking attitude
