We are searching for dynamic teachers to join our community for theschoolyear (starting in July).
Hawkswood School is a private school in Eatontown New Jersey approved by the Stateof New Jersey to provide special education services and supports to students on the autism spectrum and to students with multiple disabilities ages 3 to 21. Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree
Must possess or be eligible for NJ Department of Education certification as:
Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities plus Elementary K6 certifications.
Certifications in subject matter specialization are also welcome.
Previous experience with the multiply disabled and/or autism population is preferred.
