General Overview:
Our client a leading global Insurance company is looking to hire a Policy Management Executive to join their team in Riyadh KSA. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Business Support activities and prior experience in issuing and setting up policies within the Medical Insurance Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different internal departments and partners in the implementation of new and renewal accounts to effectively set up benefit plans groups and member information.
- Establish and comply with a clientspecific service plan.
- Ensure that the documentation received is complete and logical as per system requirements.
- Review the Table of Benefits for acceptability/consistency of system requirements.
- Review the member census received for new policies as per regulatory compliance and system requirements.
- Reconciliate census against the system active list for renewal policies.
- Request for additional information based on system and compliance requirements.
- Set up benefits in the system and all its other linkages.
- Set up a system with group and member details.
- Responsible for releasing member welcome packs for newly installed policy and renewed policies.
- Ensure that all group policies that have been setup have been successfully created from the partners system.
- Reconciliate accuracy between internal and partners system before releasing member cards.
- Review midyear policy changes and update system as required.
- Ensure that the output required for the midyear policy change has been coordinated within departments and released as required.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and business partners in resolving daily service issues related to newly incepted/renewed group.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for any system related query for policies.
- Research and resolve issues in daytoday operations.
- Perform daily weekly monthly reconciliation between systems.
- Perform routine maintenance report preparation and issue resolution with efficient book of business management through timely and proper utilization of internal tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned and maintain high quality of work.
- Provide the highest level of services in Policy Administration.
- Monitor and manage team queue workflow and quality of work.
- Build relationships with internal departments and partners to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
- Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the organization.
- Actively support team members and provide resources to enable all team goals are achieved.
- Responsible for service levels turnaround times and quality.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Must have a Bachelors degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with data entry preferably in Medical Insurance.
- Analytical skills must be able to review data and identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be able to conduct computer data entry.
- Must be able to propose recommendations which are supported by various data pulls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team.
- Exceptional organization and timemanagement focus.
