The Senior IT Operations Specialist ensures the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure maintaining office equipment troubleshooting issues and implementing scalable technology strategies. Reporting to the Platform Senior Engineering Manager this role enhances productivity and supports company growth.

Your Missions

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot macOS app access and connectivity issues.
• Equipment Management: Maintain office IT assets including TVs WiFi and servers.
• Communication Systems: Manage office TV connections and interoffice communication.
• Access Management: Oversee application and document access security.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Streamline IT setup for new hires and departures.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure an efficient and connected office environment.
• Process Optimization: Improve IT workflows and reduce costs.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security protocols and conduct audits.
• Project Support: Assist in deploying new IT systems and tools.

• You are a proactive and solutionsdriven IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You take ownership of IT operations ensuring a seamless experience for employees while keeping security efficiency and innovation at the core of your work.
• Youre a team player with excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for technology.
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure and support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a fastpaced setting.
• Experience with process automation and nocode tools to drive efficiency.
• Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering toptier IT support.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and IT security frameworks.
