Job Description
Technical Skills.
. Good understanding of Windows Mac and Linux OS
. Good knowledge of security endpoint virtual memory windows update patches device driver etc.
. Good knowledge of different browsers like Chrome Firefox Safari etc.
. Good understanding of MS Office licensing and working
. Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN & WiFi both)
. Good Knowledge of desktop/laptop speed optimization and antivirus setup.
. Basic IT hardware troubleshooting and identifying the problems.
. troubleshooting issues with equipment like printers computers network devices etc.
and provide technical support
. Good understanding in asset management and allocation.
. Basic understanding of vendor management and purchase of IT stuffs.
. Good understanding of Users data backup Email video etc.
. Good understanding of the Data Protection of the user and shared data.
. Understanding of updated IT tools in the market related to the organizations needs.
NonTechnical Skills.
. Understanding of user management and providing a quick solution
. Basic email writing is required to communicate with the users and vendors.
. Basic verbal communication is required to interact with the users and vendors.
. Should be a strong team player as effective team syncing is required.
