JRIs Community Based Services division provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral emotional and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home school and community. In our TAP program of Cape Cod we work in atherapeutic afterschool programs dedicated to enhancing the social skills of children ages 612 with complex emotional and behavioral needs who have been unable to succeed in nontherapeutic communityprogram settings.In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities wherethe people we servelive utilizing strengthbased and needsdriven choices offering a teambased approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent individualized servicesand the use of evidencebased practices.
