A career in our Governance Risk Compliance and Internal Audit (GRC & IA) Consulting Services in PwC Greece will provide you with the opportunity to gain understanding of business processes operations and objectives of major listed and or nonlisted entities help them manage their most important risks solve their toughest problems and capture greatest opportunities via adopting leading GRC & IA practices.
Due to the continued growth of our practices we are now recruiting Senior Associate for our team. As a Senior Associate in PwC Greece youll lead teams of problem solvers providing humanled and techpowered solutions in complex business issues related to Internal Audit Internal Controls Risk Management and Business Process Improvement.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations across various sectors
Work in a team towards the efficient and timely delivery of client engagements taking ownership for one or more workstreams/assignments
Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust
Coach and develop less experienced team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together
What we are looking for
At least 3 years of previous working experience in the fields of internal/ external audit risk management business process optimization internal controls etc.
Strong academic record including a Bachelors / Masters degree from a toptier university in Business Administration Management Finance Accounting Economics or another related field
Bachelors / Masters degree in Internal Audit or Risk Management will be considered an advantage
A relevant professional qualification (CIA CRMA ACCA ACA etc. will be considered as an advantage
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
Excellent computer skills proficient use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx PowerBI Tableau ACL QlikView or similar will be considered as an advantage
A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and lead teams
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally
Ability to synthesize multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view
Ability to work well as part of a multifunctional team with a flexible and teamfocused style
Excellent financial and business analytical skills
