Description
Facilities Manager at JunoLoudoun LLC in Aldie VA 03907. Plan coordinate and direct the operations of club facility maintenance and budgeting including communicating with vendors and contractors to secure competitive bids identifying issues with club facilities scheduling and supervising regular maintenance ensuring all maintenance is budgeted appropriately through budget planning and control and maintaining records of maintenance activities. Manage a team of housekeeping and technicians staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to safeguard members guests and employees.
No minimum education required. 12 months experience as facilities specialist or project management required.
