Your daytoday will include:
- Managing Inbound Leads youll be conducting video consultations with customers that have already enquired online and have a genuine interest in purchasing the product.
- Working Towards Targets youll be targeted on how many consultations you complete and will be aiming to convert 50 of leads into customers.
- Professionalism Maintain a professional and persuasive approach to maximise sales opportunities and represent the brand.
What are they looking for
- Work Ethic this wont be your typical 95 role. There will be days where youll be expected to come in early and sometimes stay a little bit later. The hours wont be for everybody but if youre wanting to earn a lot of commission youll be someone that wants to put the hours in.
- Sales Experience its essential that you have some previous experience in sales. This could be jewellery sales car sales or even in a call centre any previous of experience of working to targets.
- Presentation Skills as youll be representing the brand over video call they want people who are presentable articulate and confident.
- Motivation & Drive Theyre looking for people to come in and take advantage of their commission structure and people who will go above & beyond.
