Job Description

Job Title:CT Radiographer
Location:Gloucester Gloucestershire
Banding:Band 7
Start:ASAP
Duration:Ongoing
Rate:30 31 per hour
Working Hours:Monday to Friday 09:00am 17:00pm (longer days may also be available)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 CT Radiographer to join our clients team in Gloucester. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a stateoftheart facility delivering highquality CT imaging services. The successful candidate will be integral to the radiology department ensuring the delivery of exceptional diagnostic services and contributing to the overall patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Band 7 CT Radiographer will be responsible for performing a variety of CT examinations ensuring optimal imaging quality and patient safety. Duties include operating advanced CT equipment maintaining accurate records and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic services. The role also involves participating in quality assurance activities adhering to departmental protocols and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Radiography or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in CT radiography
  • Proficiency in using advanced CT imaging equipment
  • Strong understanding of radiation protection principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
