Accounts Payble Clerk: FullTime YearRound

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Reconcile statements identify and solve problems and research discrepancies
- Inputting invoices and credit memos into the MMS system in an accurate and timely manner taking advantage of any discounts
- Communicating with management sales staff stores vendors and distribution centers to quickly resolve any problems or issues
- Regularly reviewing vendor statements to insure we stay current on invoices and credit memos
- Responding to inquiries via telephone fax or mail in a timely accurate manner
- Filing and other general clerical duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum oftwo years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficient in MS Office applications; Word Excel Outlook and Power Pointrequired
- Experience in processing and coding highvolumem expense and/or merchandise invoicesrequired
- Strongdetailorientation and communication skills
- Excellent customer serviceskills with the ability to deal with professionals on all levels is a must
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and accurately
- High School diploma or equivalentrequired
