Job Description
We have an Assembler/Machine Operator position available on 3rd shift. The duties and responsibilities include operating multiple textile machines including bungee and Array weaving machines and textile braiding machines to produce cable harness assemblies.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Setup adjust and operator multiple textile machines including Bungee and Array weaving machines and textile braiding machines to produce cable harness assemblies.
- Follow standard work instructions and perform all setups & operating procedures.
- Train in Lean methods and participate in team projects such as setup reduction to help reduce throughput time and increase productivity
- May be required to evaluate work center issues with materials machines and workloads and report current status to supervisors.
- Use all test equipment accurately to perform quality checks.
- Complete paperwork and enter computer transactions.
- Stack boxed assemblies on pallets
- Sweep/clean work area at the end of the shift and follow all safety and housekeeping instructions and policies.
- Starting hourly rate dependent on work history and experience.
Requirements:
- Pass a color identification test.
- Able to read write and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must have good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Able to lift 50 lb. with assistance
- The job requires standing and/or walking for long periods of time
- Reliable attendance
- Position may have some required overtime
Schedule:
- Fulltime 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 3rd shift starts on Sunday night at 11 pm)
