Job Description
Are you an experienced Handyperson with a passion to add value Youll be part of a hard working small Team reporting to the Park Manager. Your problem solving skills and existing maintenance skills will help you in this role. Youll have flexibility to work on weekends as required. This is a parttime role offering 16 hours per week.
What youll do:
- Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms amenities and other facilities.
- Incidental customer service assistance with inroom repairs.
- Assist with building projects major repairs renovations mechanical repairs painting basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
- Maintenance of grounds and gardens
What youll bring:
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Good time management and an eye for detail
- An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
- Demonstrable experience in property maintenance.
- Plumbing or electrical trades/certificates a bonus!
- Experience with power tools
- The ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a hands on work history
- Be hardworking energetic enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness
