Overview
We are seeking a Work Comp Adjuster. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our familyowned company. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of claims handling experience and be able to handle lost time/indemnity claims.
Responsibilities
- Handle lost time/indemnity claims
- Manage a caseload of 130140 W/1020 litigated files
- Rarely need to show up for a mediation
- Handle selfinsured accounts and claims related to manufacturing and heavy equipment
- Preferably work onsite in Anderson CA
- Demonstrate a positive highenergy attitude and be a selfstarter
Qualifications
- 5 years of claims handling experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience with CA or WA claims
- Litigation experience
- No required licensure SIP preferred
Daytoday
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of lost time/indemnity claims manage litigated files and work with selfinsured accounts. They will also demonstrate a positive highenergy attitude and be a selfstarter.
