Overview

We are seeking a Work Comp Adjuster. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our familyowned company. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of claims handling experience and be able to handle lost time/indemnity claims.

Responsibilities

  • Handle lost time/indemnity claims
  • Manage a caseload of 130140 W/1020 litigated files
  • Rarely need to show up for a mediation
  • Handle selfinsured accounts and claims related to manufacturing and heavy equipment
  • Preferably work onsite in Anderson CA
  • Demonstrate a positive highenergy attitude and be a selfstarter

Qualifications

  • 5 years of claims handling experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with CA or WA claims
  • Litigation experience
  • No required licensure SIP preferred

Daytoday

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of lost time/indemnity claims manage litigated files and work with selfinsured accounts. They will also demonstrate a positive highenergy attitude and be a selfstarter.
