Job Description

In this role the Evening Supervisor will welcome new employees at our homes where we support adults with developmental disabilities. They will work with the management teams at each location to support employees with training and mentoring. This person needs a good knowledge base from experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities and OPWDD regulated homes. This person will also be a role model for our missioned based work and help to cultivate our values everywhere they work. Do you have what it takes for this exciting role

The person in this role will aid teams in completing fire drills administering medication and preparing meals. They will work collaboratively with the team at each home to provide coaching and fill in where needed.

To be eligible you will need:

  • High school diploma/GED Bachelors preferred
  • 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Valid Drivers License
