This new hire will work in a hybrid capacity in ourGlobal HQ Officein Hunt Valley MD. The role will report to the Global Content & Technology Sr Manager.

Position Overview

This position requires a creative collaborative and highly organized Global Digital Asset Specialist to curate manage and maintain collections of digital content. The role will leverage internal platforms to build interfaces for stakeholders to find and access assets in a simple and efficient manner. Candidate has an eye for design and UX combined with a passion for organization and metadata. The position necessitates adept communication to a broad network of stakeholders and an understanding of marketing and content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate manage and maintain updated collections of prioritized digital assets; Synthesize enduser needs and design browserbased interfaces leveraging the platforms draganddrop interface
  • Lead and disseminate timely enterprisewide communication and updates
  • Create global content calendaring system and support brand enablers for global digital strategy; Cultivate relationships with key global marketing ecommerce and sales stakeholders to understand editorial calendars and continuously refresh and update content availability
  • Develop workflows to enable marketing and content teams to efficiently share and manage digital content
  • Manage asset permissions and licensing for images within our collection
  • Generate and communicate content ROI and system usage reports
  • Lead training sessions for internal and external users to the DAM system and manage permissions and access; Develop publish and maintain user guides and best practices to be shared out with the global and regional marketing teams

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferably in Marketing/Communications Library Science Photography/Graphic Design Technology or related field
  • 35 years of relevant experience in marketing and content operations or product management
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
  • Ability to manage many concurrent high priority creative projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision
  • Capability to establish priorities while balancing technical and business requirements
  • Widen and Workfront Experience Preferred*
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to selfmotivate and take initiative with demonstrated ability to be flexible proactive adapt to change and work successfully in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interface with internal and external contacts at all levels both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Schedule flexibility with ability to work nontraditional business hours to support global efforts (conference calls)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
