Job Description
The Assistant Coach for a Division II program in the sport of football will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of operating a successful program. The Offensive Coordinator/Quarterback Coach is responsible for the development of Defensive Backs and is the primary recruiter for the Defensive Backs position for a Division II program in the sport of football. A focus of this position will be on the use of independent judgment and discretion in the identification and recruitment of prospective studentathletes their awarding of athletics scholarships their teaching and skill development of those studentathletes during their athletic and educational tenure at Morehouse College and in the extensive daily administrative operations of their respective sport program. In addition the Assistant Coach will be evaluated on the extent to which he/she provides each studentathlete a positive meaningful educational experience through athletics. The Quarterback Coach is also expected to execute other program related duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Coaching Experience
