Solicitor Real Estate (Residential Conveyancing)
Hunter Savage is partnering with this leading law firm to recruit a Solicitor to work in their residential conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity to focus specificallyon high end residential conveyancing within a highly regarded team.
Our client has been growing their Belfast office over the last few years and there is a strong growth plan moving forward. They are a top firm with an excellent brand and client base and so can offer the opportunity to get exposure to really high quality work within a supportive environment. They offer hybrid working and a very generous salary for the NI market.
The Role
You will have the opportunity to provide a highquality conveyancing services to high net worth individuals business owners and entrepreneurs family businesses and corporate professionals on private property transactions.
The Person
Ideally you will meet the following criteria
Qualified Solicitor Ideally you will be a minimum of 3 years PQE
show drive commitment and selfmotivation
show discretion and professionalism
strong interpersonal skills and confident manner with the ability to relate to people at all levels
ability to work effectively under pressure
