Responsibilities:
- Provide social media support for RSG faculty
- Assist with logistical planning and for student organization special events including luncheons school functions and guest speakers
- Assist with Robertson School of Government events
- Complete research and writing projects
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience creating and posting content to social media sites including Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of basic video editing software
- Beginning graphic design knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to organize and compose letters minutes reports and spreadsheets
- Strong sense of initiative and a high level of efficiency in completing work with limited supervision
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to use diplomacy and discretion regarding student information
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to innovate for process simplification or improvement
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
