SUMMARY:
Assist in the design management assessment and administration of global broadbased compensation programs
Key player in helping to create best in class compensation programs and tools
Reports to the Compensation Director
Will work closely with key business leaders
Assist in the design management assessment and administration of global broadbased compensation programs

REQUIREMENTS:
7 years of compensation experience (i.e. including experience with broad based compensation global compensation salary structures administration incentive/sales plan design etc.
Experience in publicly traded companies
Strong analytical and financial acumen
