W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Senior Spa Therapist. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Management in overseeing the overall spa operations and services provided to the guest according to the service rules policy procedure and etiquette in line with our vision to uphold AWAY Spa as a true global luxury treatments and wellness provider. Additional responsibilities include:
- Deliver the standard spa treatments handle VIPs treatments
- Conduct internal training and oversee the treatment standards
- Maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment
- Follow safety protocols maintain equipment and ensure all sanitation guidelines are met
- Assist in inventory management
- Upsell services and products
