Are you a passionate leader in early childhood education ready to make an impact Busy Bees at Maitland is seeking a Service Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue delivering excellence in care and education.
About Our Centre Maitland NSW
Located at 7A Ken Tubman Drive Maitland NSW 2320 Busy Bees at Maitland is a warm welcoming 106place centre offering thoughtfully designed learning environments engaging outdoor areas and strong community connections. Our centre provides highquality care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years and were proud to be a trusted service for families in the Maitland region.

Your Role as Service Manager:
Lead a team of educators with confidence empathy and strategic vision
Oversee daily operations compliance and centre performance
Foster strong respectful relationships with families and the community
Ensure excellence in pedagogy curriculum and learning outcomes
Manage staffing budgets occupancy and reporting
Essential Skills & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQAapproved qualification)
Minimum 2 years in a Service Manager role
Strong knowledge of NQS EYLF and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams and build a positive workplace culture
Confident in managing budgets staffing and compliance
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Current WWCC First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
