Our Apprenticeship program:
1. Start off learning vehicle systems throughproprietary dealer trainingprogram. Mentor side by side with highly skilled technicianson the job.
2. Move through the ranks mentoringside by side with top technicians. Learn how to complete digital multi point inspections check and adjust fluids look up service procedures perform underbody inspections recommend maintenance items create estimates for service work and perform basic factory required maintenance.Variety!Work on a variety of vehicles including all makes and models gas hybrid electric and diesel. Responsibilities
- Performs multipoint inspection
- Documents all work performed on the repair order.
- Recommends services based on findings from a thorough inspection
- Lubricates moving parts with specified lubricants.
- Inspect and adjust fluid levels
- Check and adjust air pressure of tires
- Complete predelivery quality check
- Oil change
- Tire rotation
- Fuel filter replacement
- Wiper Blade replacement
- Air filter removal and replacement
- Reports vehicle defects or malfunctions to Advisor.
- Ensures that customers cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
- Maintains and is accountable for all dealershipowned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
