COMMERCIAL & BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER Commercial Estate Agency
Location: Brighton BN1
Salary: 55kk
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Block Property Manager for an established professional property company specialising in Development Investment and Asset Management with offices in the Brighton area.
The role will involve dealing with and managing a commercial property portfolio so knowledge of commercial leases is essential. There is also a Block Management Portfolio so a sound knowledge of Block Management is also essential.
MARLA MIRPM Assoc RICS or MICRS qualifications are preferred although the company may consider a candidate with the right attitude and working experience.
The various skills required in this role will include: exceptional client contact skills property management repairs and maintenance accounting as well as negotiating and interpreting leases renewals rent reviews and licences.
A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property management.
Skills: The skills required for this Commercial & Block Property Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in the commercial property sector
- Previous experience in the block management
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
