Job Description
Job Summary:
Michigans #1 Honda dealership is seeking two highly motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our team in Grandville Michigan. This is a fulltime commissiononly role within the automotive industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling new and preowned vehicles as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an individual contributor role so the sales associates will have control over their earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
As a commissiononly sales job the Automotive Sales Associates will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on their sales performance. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming experience
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
Follow up with potential customers to maintain and build relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently
Continuously update knowledge of the automotive industry and our product line
Participate in sales training programs and workshops as required
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall dealership goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area and dealership showroom
Requirements:
Previous automotive sales experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with basic computer programs and ability to learn dealershipspecific software
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent postsecondary education is an asset
