Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:All machine operators must show leadership and ensure quality products are produced effectively and efficiently. All operators are expected to maintain their machinery and work spaces in a clean and organized manner. Operators must have the ability to move in a fastpaced environment while adhering to company quality guidelines. Operators must update the status of jobs in progress and completed by using the companys shop floor management software and notify the operations manager of any issues. It is their responsibility to work with other team members on various machines to keep up with the production schedule. Operators must work with focus discipline and a sense of urgency to accomplish personal professional and company goals. It is essential that the operator has high attention to detail critical thinking and problemsolving capabilities along with effective communication skills.
(Machine Operator Positions will include: CNC Operator Foil Press Operator Edge band Operator and a Panel Saw Operator)
