The Role:
Our Plumbing Service Technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customers home. Their priority is the customer providing options and ensuring a 5star quality service with every interaction every call in every home.
What Youll Do:
- Perform plumbing inspections diagnostics repairs and installations for residential clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as leaks clogs and faulty plumbing systems.
- Install and repair water heaters faucets garbage disposals and other plumbing fixtures.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and explain repairs to customers clearly.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and tools.
- Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Valid plumbing license
- Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems installation and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer serviceoriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean driving record and background check.
