Job Description

Description

As a Senior Program Manager with Maverc you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing complex programs driving strategic initiatives and ensuring successful across multiple teams. Youll be responsible for managing program timelines budgets and resources while also collaborating with key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.



Requirements
  • Project Management: Minimum 710 years of experience managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment or MS plus 5 years.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Program Management Methodologies: At least 5 years of experience managing projects using nontraditional methodologies (e.g. Agile) in environments such as big data AI/MLOps and DevSecOps.
  • Government/DoD Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a military or government environment focusing on project management engineering or computer science.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Ability to track and report aggregated personnel utilization and budget usage across the Search portfolio.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills including the ability to engage with CDAO members and DoD crossorganizational stakeholders.

Certifications:

Active certification in one of the following:

    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification Or an equivalent project/program management certification.
