Position Overview:
As the Express Lane Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our express service lane ensuring timely and efficient service to our valued customers. You will manage a team of technicians ensuring they provide highquality service while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Express Lane team including technicians.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Express Lane ensuring all vehicles are serviced quickly and efficiently.
- Provide training guidance and support to team members to improve performance and ensure highquality service.
- Ensure all safety quality and compliance standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and track the performance of the Express Lane implementing strategies to improve service times and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service management team to coordinate resources and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of parts and supplies required for Express Lane services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical certifications a plus).
