Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate personal lines coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
- Process policy changes endorsements and renewals.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to obtain the best coverage for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Insurance license is required
